I have been dealing with these isss over 9 months...elbow and arm pain swelling in forearm loss of movement and cordination. Ice doesnt help and actually makes it worse stifness and pain is much worse in morning and after long periods of rest. I cannot straighten my arm at the elbow and at times feel presure when trying to do so in front of shoulder and neck. Rotating my hand is almost impossible especially when turning thumb inward. This is becoming very disheartening and mentally frustrating as i am unable to do the things i need and want to do. I am lossing sleep bc i dread the overwhelming discomfort after doing so and i was treated twice for golfer/tennis elbow with steriods and insaids which did bring some relief but not completely and once i completed the steriods the issuez returned completely witha mobement
